Why you need my VIN?

We save firmware update process to dealer network by your VIN to keep your warranty valid. Also the firmwares are dedicated to VIN number to keep all functions and setting same after the update. It is valid only for that VIN. So we need your VIN to prepare firmware for your infotainment system.

Does firmware update break my warranty?

No. Firmware updates we provide are official updates and installing them has no effect to your warranty.

What is the shipping company?

We send by DHL express or Standard shipping. Delivery takes 1-7 days for DHL Express, and 7-15 days for standard shipping.
